Celebrating 10 years in 2024, the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards is Australia’s first and largest national spirits competition highlighting the innovation and excellence of Australian-manufactured spirits, liqueurs, aromatics, vermouths and ready-to-serves. Bellarine Distillery, family-owned by Lorelle Watson, Russel Watson, Nicky Michael, Craig Michael, and located in Drysdale Victoria, took home the Trophy for Best Single Malt Whisky for their 'Kestrel'.

Earlier this year, Brick Lane Brewing Co. made a significant impact at the 2024 Melbourne Royal Australian International Beer Awards, claiming two prestigious trophies: Champion Victorian Brewery, presented by Agriculture Victoria, and Champion Large Australian Brewery, presented by Barrett Burston Malting. This recognition solidifies Brick Lane's standing as a leader in the Australian brewing industry, showcasing their dedication to crafting high-quality, innovative beer.

Among the exceptional winners, Inglenook Dairy from Dunnstown, Victoria, stood out once again, taking home the Champion Milk Trophy for their Low Fat Homogenised.
