Further to the difficult decision that was made by the RASV Board to cancel the 2020 Royal Melbourne Show, I had the privilege of speaking with the Governor of Victoria, Honourable Linda Dessau AC to inform her of the decision.
As the Head of State and also as the Patron of the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria, Her Excellency expressed her disappointment yet understanding and support of the decision made.
