Customer Service Roles available

There is a wide range of customer service and event support roles, including:

Frontline Customer Experience

  • Gate Attendants (ticket scanning and guest entry)
  • Information Booth Attendants (guest support and event guidance)
  • Ride Redemption Attendants (ride redemption transactions support)
  • Wheelchair Hire Attendants (accessibility support)
  • Pavilion Attendants (supporting pavilion operations and guest experience)

Leadership Roles

  • 2IC (Second-in-Charge) roles supporting team coordination
  • Supervisors managing precincts, teams, and volunteers

Customer Contact Centre

  • Show Hotline Agents (customer enquiries and case management)
  • Show Hotline Supervisor (team leadership and performance oversight)
