When is the Melbourne Royal Show?
The dates for the 2024 Melbourne Royal Show are Thursday 26 September – Sunday 6 October 2024.
When do entries open and close?
Entries open on Monday 17 June 2024 and close on Friday 9 August 2024.
When do fleeces need to be delivered?
All fleeces need to arrive by Friday 9 August, they can be sent to Melbourne Royal, or direct to Australian Wool Handlers in Brooklyn.
When can fleeces can be collected?
Fleeces can be collected directly from Melbourne Showgrounds between Monday 7 October and Friday 25 October 2024. Any fleeces that are not picked up in that time will be donated to the charity of choice that year.

When is the Fleece Competition judged?
The fleeces are judged pre-show on Friday 13 September 2024.
