On Monday 20 May, the Melbourne Royal Board held the May Board meeting in the Ballarat region and valued the opportunity to incorporate a visit to two Melbourne Royal award winning local producers, Dollar Bill Brewing and Inglenook Dairy.
Melbourne Royal Directors and the Executive Leadership team were warmly welcomed and treated to an overview of their history and operations. Dollar Bill Brewing and Inglenook Dairy are trophy winners in Melbourne Royal Food and Beverage awards and both have enjoyed great benefits and value from winning trophies in Melbourne Royal’s Australian International Beer Awards and Food Awards respectively.
