2024 Notice of AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of
The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria Ltd t/as Melbourne Royal
ACN: 006 728 785 (“the Company”)
is to be held by video conference on Tuesday, 27^th August 2024 at 11.30 am

General Business

1. To receive and consider the Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2024,
2. To advise on the election of the following Directors pursuant to Rule 21.3 of the Constitution.

• Kate O’Sullivan; and
• Jane Brook.

3. General - to transact any business which may be lawfully brought forward.

How to register to attend the Annual General Meeting

You must register prior to the meeting, if you wish to attend the virtual 2024 Annual General Meeting.

To register, simply email membership@melbourneroyal.com.au and include your name, address and membership number, as soon as possible, and no later than 11:00am (AEST) Monday 26 August 2024.

You will receive an email on Monday 26 August 2024 with the link to join the meeting.

We recommend that any questions concerning the business of the meeting are submitted to membership@melbourneroyal.com.au in advance of the meeting.
