Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of
The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria Ltd t/as Melbourne Royal
ACN: 006 728 785 (“the Company”)
is to be held by video conference on Tuesday, 30^th August 2022 at 11.30 am

General Business

1. To receive and consider the Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2022,

2. To advise on the re-election of the following Directors pursuant to Rule 21.3 of the Constitution.

• Mr Matthew Coleman;
• Mr Robert Millar; and
• Dr Catherine Ainsworth.

3. General - to transact any business which may be lawfully brought forward.
