Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of
The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria Ltd
ACN: 006 728 785 (“the Company”)
is to be held by video conference on Tuesday, 31st August 2021 at 11.30 am

General Business

  1. To receive and consider the Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2021,
  2. To advise on the re-election of the following Directors pursuant to Rule 21.3 of the Constitution.
    Mr Jason Ronald OAM; and
    • Ms Kate O’Sullivan.
  3. General - to transact any business which may be lawfully brought forward.
